As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Feedier, you will be responsible for lead generation and identifying new business opportunities for our rapidly growing company. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by initiating strong relationships and qualifying prospects for our sales team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Qualification:
Actively identify and reach out to potential prospects through calls, emails, and social networks to generate qualified sales opportunities. We use Lemlist to generate leads via weekly outbound campaigns.
Understand the needs and challenges of prospects to determine how Feedier can address their specific requirements.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and hand them over to the sales team for further follow-up.
- Relationship Development:
Establish and maintain professional relationships with prospects to understand their situation and business objectives.
Educate prospects on the features and benefits of the Feedier platform, highlighting the value proposition for their business.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure an efficient transfer of qualified leads and assist in developing conversion strategies.
- Tracking and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in our CRM system.
Analyze the performance of prospecting campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide regular reports to the management team on progress made and challenges encountered in lead generation.
